Question : The internet is a world wide web; there are times that it is Shabbat in one place and not in the other. Does the service support this?
Answer : The system knows to distinguish the location of the surfer in the world and will block (or not) the site according to this. For example, if at the same moment 2 people entered the site, one from California and the other from Israel, and at that moment it is Shabbat only in California - the surfer from Israel will enter the site normally and the Californian surfer will see a message indicating that the site is closed for Shabbat, times of Shabbat for California for that week, and the same goes for anywhere in the world.
