Every site owner on the internet must close his site on Shabbat,
and if he doesn't he is helping the violaters.
The talmud says that besides being obstructive, and not rebuking the violaters, it is as if he did the violation hisself.
Specially on commrce sites the owner is gaining from work done on Shabbat.
Hence the site must be closed off for the whole Shabbat.
Now Oren Shkalim presented a program capable of closing the sites on Shabbat according to the hour of the surfer,
Anyone who is Yareh Shamaim should purchase this program and shall be blessed.
